Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Canada

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or periods of high shipping volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address

Beverock is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution.
